Cancellation Policy
At Ela’s Beauty Bar we value your time and commitment and strive to provide the best experience for our clients. We kindly request that you provide 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments that are cancelled or reschedule between 24-48 hours will result in a 50% service fee. Anything under 24 hours or a same day cancellation or reschedule will result in a 100% service fee.
All Clients are required to put a card on file at the time of scheduling and payment in full is due at the time of service. Scheduling an appointment and putting your card on file means that you understand and accept all policies laid out in this waiver and authorize the penalty fees to be charged for missed/late/no-show appointments.
